Services End

Included are all breakfasts, most lunches and dinners, all site entry fees, English-speaking guides, tips, and ground transportation and airport transfers.

Not included are international flights from your home to Sicily and back, incidentals (such as laundry, phone calls, internet access, etc.), passports and visas, alcoholic beverages and travel insurance (highly recommended), medical evacuation insurance if your travel insurance does not include this (most policies do).

Some notes about cost (see pricing below):

We travel with small groups, usually 6 to 10 clients. Others, even top line companies, have groups of 18 to 26 or more people. Group size has the largest impact on trip cost. We offer several price points depending on group size.

We take care of all the tipping during the trip. You don't have to worry about when, whom or how much to tip.

We personally lead each trip, so you can count on us to take care of the daily details and solve any problems that may arise.

The cost of this trip to Sicily is:

10 guests, not including us $10,900/person
8 guests, not including us $11,500/person

To hold our reservations, we will need a $2500 deposit per person, made out to eGlobalEducation, and mailed to 11855 E. Daley Cir., Parker, CO 80134. We will need your deposit and reservation immediately to hold your place as we are nearly sold out, but, in any case, no later than September 1, 2017, so we can hold your reservations. We have 2 places left on this trip and will move to "waitlist only" as soon as we have deposits from 10 people.

Final payment will be due December 7, 2017.

Policies:

Itinerary changes:

Please note that we may change the itinerary based on changes in airline schedules, natural disaster, or other circumstances requiring such changes.

Refund Policy:

Our refund policy is: for cancellations received before November 7, 2017, we will refund your deposit less a $500 administrative fee charged by our travel agency. After December 7, 2017, we cannot refund any of our money (which is why we strongly encourage you to buy travel insurance) unless we can resell your reservations. In that case, we will charge a $1000 administrative fee.

We strongly recommend that you buy trip cancellation and interruption insurance and, if the insurance doesn't include it (most policies do), medical evacuation insurance. If you do not have a preferred insurance company, you can read and compare policy details and costs on www.insuremytrip.com. We have found this site to be very useful, with good customer service.

Cancellation Policy:

We reserve the right to cancel the trip if we do not have at least 8 people, including the 2 of us, or if circumstances beyond our control (i.e., war, quarantine, etc.) require it. In the case of cancellation by us, we will refund your entire payment. Please note the policy above in the "refund" section regarding cancellation by you.
