Cost:
The pricing for the trip will be
$7,700 per person (based upon double occupancy and not including
international airfare) for up to 12 persons. For each person above
12, we will drop the price by $100 for all registered. If we reach 22 travelers
(the maximum) the price will be $6,700
per person, excluding international airfare.
The trip price includes five star or best available
hotels and inns, breakfast, most lunches and approximately half of the
dinners, guides, admissions, transfers and tips. Prices are based on
double occupancy. The single supplement is $1,725 per person. Not included are airfare from the U.S. to
Vietnam and back, passport and visa fees, meals not specified on the
itinerary, alcoholic beverages, excess baggage charges, trip-cancellation
and medical evacuation insurance, independent airport transfers, incidentals
such as internet access, laundry, phone and fax calls, medical expenses.
(Note: Not including airfare gives you the flexibility to use
frequent flyer miles or search the internet for the best available
fares.) |

Cancellation & Payment Policy:
Your $2,000.00 per person deposit is refundable until November 1, 2008, less
a $250.00 per person administrative fee. The final balance is due
by November 1, 2008. After December 7, 2008, all payments are
non-refundable. |
